How do you ask the question, when you know the answer may change everything?

Sasha Brooks has been focused on one thing her entire life: her career. Newly promoted as the vice president in a New York advertising company, she has beauty, brains, and one hell of a fierce reputation. But she also has a secret that she keeps carefully guarded.

Brian Carpenter is finding out that managing his newest VP isn’t without its challenges, but when it comes to Sasha, he’d expect nothing less.
His easygoing personality and Southern charm are the yang to her yin and the calm to her storm.

Over the last eight years of their friendship, the flirtations, innuendos, and chemistry have almost led to more, but Sasha has convinced herself they’re better off just friends.
Almost.
Until the moment she thinks he’s with someone else.

Is she too late to admit her feelings?
Gathering the courage to ask the question, Sasha discovers she isn’t the only one keeping secrets.

You think you know someone….

Though I was a little hesitant at first, Ask Me Something was amazing!

The beginning of the book had me feeling a little “meh… been there done that.”

Dudes. I was so WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ms. Boudrant used something familiar to create something COMPLETELY different.

Sasha is one hell of a character. I love her. LOVE HER. She suffers from something that I don’t have a lot of knowledge about experience with, but I was able to understand everything she was going through. Her fears were my fears. Her triumphs were my triumphs. I wanted to see her succeed on so many levels, just like you would a close friend.

Brian is a surprising character. Every time I turned around he offered up something I wasn’t expecting. though his dominance was hot, and his leadership was strong, it was his vulnerability that drew me to him. Even though the book is told from Sasha’s POV, it was still easy to connect to Bri.

And, lemme tell you… these two have sparks! I swear I saw some smoke coming from my kindle during a few of their more intimate moments; Ms. Bondurant can write a sex scene! but, beyond the “between the sheets” moments, Sash and Bri have an amazing relationship. they like something, they say it. Someone screws up, they apologize. now, that doesn’t mean the road is smooth and straight. OMG, it is VERY far from that. But the journey is worth it at the end. THE END! Holy SMOKES the end of this book gah!
