This series is so great, and seeing these two get their turn…. *heart eyes*

Things I liked about it:

– Funny but not over the top
– Romantic without being cheesy
– Thoughtful and respectful of the characters
– Surprised be a few times
– Even if I wanted to punch a character, it was always because I was rooting for them, not because of some overdone malarkey that frustrates readers
– The sex O_O whoa

Juliet and Mark have a bit of an unconventional start, and honestly I wasn’t sure who to blame for the lack of commitment until the author flat out told me. And how cool is that?! I hate knowing what’s coming or always knowing why things are happening and Bondurant was able to suck my in to one way of thinking and then BAM, “what about this?” I love that.

But will demons of the past threaten to derail the opportunity for love? Or can two damaged hearts overcome their painful histories to find a future of happiness together?
